Restore missing shutdown icon in Vista
Written by IT News on 10:30 AMIf your vista left button is missing you don’t need to panic, the solution are simple, no need to reinstall your vista. The problem is you cannot bring the computer down if the left button or shutdown icon is missing.
You need to re-configure and make bit change in ypur group policy, here are the steps:
1. from the Start menu click Run,
2. then enter Regedit
3. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer
4. On the right hand panel, delete the key NoClose
5. Log off and back on again.
If the above solution didn’t work properly please let me know.
