Sometimes you need to lower the size when you want to load your favorite song MP3’s format to your mini MP3 player or your phone cell. I’ve found this tools work for me. The software is free to download and use with limitation.

Software Limitations for demo:
- It can edit only 32, 44.1 or 48 kHz, mono and stereo MP3's with up to 262144 executives (approximately 2 hours at 44.1 KHz)
