If you deal with feeds or any RSS reader, than Feed Sidebar would important for you. It’s a freeware add-on that will work in any firefox browser.

The feed sidebar displays the new elements in your dynamic pages in the sidebar. The feed is a sidebar extension for the web browser Mozilla Firefox, shows the elements of your new dynamic pages in the sidebar.
