I love sport very much; I went to gym twice a week. My favorite sport is actually badminton, but sometimes I look to practice men’s sport like Taekwondo, Jujitsu and also Karate. But my friend advised me to try his favorite sport called Martial arts.
Martial arts are known as systems of codified practices and traditions of training for combat. In such culture, the term Martial Arts often specifically refers to the combat systems that originated in East Asian cultures and martial arts share a single objective: to defeat a person physically or to defend oneself from physical threat.
While browsing at the Internet, I’ve found Jung SuWon its look like a variant of Martial Arts; their system is specially design to kick away Fear Out of Your Life. Jung Suwon is modern Martial Art Academy.
