This package contains the driver for the ADI High-Definition (HD) Audio Codec supported in desktop models and operating systems.
Note: For important information about installing the driver, the Terms section. Users make their own disk images must first install the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) driver to install the ADI driver. Microsoft UAA driver provides the necessary support for HD audio bus used by ADI HD Audio. Users upgrading to this newer driver on an existing system must ensure that the used driver is already installed on your system. UAA driver may be out of your system as High Definition Audio Driver Package. "
Fixes:
- Provides the same driver that was included in the superseded SoftPaq (SP43484), but this package adds support for new models from HP Compaq dc5800 and dc5850 desktop PCs are built with ADI 1884A CODEC.
