Everything seemed fine and I was very happy--until I inserted one of my USB2.0 Thumb drives. The OS would no longer recognize ANY of my 7 USB Thumb drives (or external USB HDD's). They would not appear in "My Computer" but did appear in the "safely remove hardware" tray icon. No matter what I did, I could not access any of my USB devices. So--rather than uninstall SP2, I did a full system recovery from an image I made immediately before installing SP2. 20 Mintues later and SP2 was history and I had my Thumb drives back. AND, Microsoft has the gaul to think that I will open my wallet once again--for Windows 7 (Vista SP3). I am so sick of the Redmond Company that it's beyond words. NO MORE OF MY MONEY FOR MICROSOFT!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
