Adobe and NVIDIA collaborate on better Web experience for NVIDIA ION devices

Adobe and NVIDIA have jointly announced today that the two are working on enabling a better experience on web services as netbooks, smartphones and smart books, built with NVIDIA's graphics processors. The two companies already work together under the Open Screen Project to provide consumers with a better outcome of Flash Player 10.1, which now benefit from the performance of the GPU.

"By working together to provide the additional power of GPUs, NVIDIA and Adobe can breakthrough Web experience on a variety of units. The new message on the Adobe Flash Player 10.1 is published in the Adobe MAX 2009 event, Adobe's Worldwide Developer Conference, held between October 4 and 7 October in Los Angeles, California.
